利用广义平均值法建立了包含驱动电路的行波超声波电动机系统平均值模型,通过时变基波傅里叶系数反映系统动态特性.基于机电转换原理建立了便于控制优化应用的谐振变换器模型;把解析法应用于逆变和定/转子接触模块,反映了界面接触力的非线性作用.模型仿真结果与实验数据的对比表明,该模型较好地反映了行波超声波电动机系统非线性动态特性的主要方面;而且与瞬时值计算模型相比,模型简化,计算时间显著减少,有利于实时控制应用.

The averaged model for traveling wave ultrasonic motor system including driving circuit is presented using a generalized averaging method and reflects the dynamic characteristics of system by time-varying fundamental Fourier coefficients.The model of resonant converter was established for optimized control schemes based on the principle of mechanical and electrical conversion.The analytical method was applied for the inverter and stator/rotor contact module, eliminating circuit switching characteristics and reflecting the role of non-linear contact force.Simulation results compared with experimental data,show that the model reflects the main aspects of nonlinear dynamic characteristics,and its simplifcation obviously reduces computing time compared with the instantaneous value model.Then it is conducive to real-time control applications.
