对摇臂铸件上表面出现的不规则的较大孔洞进行分析,认为是内腔芯子在浇注过程中产生大量气体,由于型芯排气不畅或铁液阻塞了芯子的排气通道,导致芯子产生的气体使铁液在型腔内沸腾,呛火所致.通过改进工艺方法,保证芯子的排气通道畅通,有效地控制了气孔缺陷.

The irregular blowholes on the surface of rocker arm casting were studied and the reason was analyzed. It was considered that because of the poor exhaust of cores or the molten iron choked the venting channel of the cores, the gas from the cores during pouring made the melt boiling in mold, which resulted in blowholes defect mentioned above. The blowholes were eliminated through technology improvement that insures the smooth of venting channel.
