In this paper, construction status of new rubber plantations, construcuon ana post-disaster reconstruction standards, as well as related problems existing in reclamation areas in Guangdong and Guangxi provinces was discussed. According to the focused analysis on problems occurred in new rubber plantation construction, some improvement suggestions were also put forward.
