实验研究用3A型沸石吸附硬水中的Ca2+、Mg2+,用EDTA络合滴定法测定其总硬度。实验研究沸石用量、溶液酸度、吸附时间及吸附温度对Ca2+、Mg2+的吸附效果的影响。结果表明,3A沸石具有较好的硬水软化性能,当沸石用量7 g,当溶液为中性或弱碱性,吸附时间为40 min,吸附温度为40℃时,水样的硬度为84 mgCaCO3/L,达到国家标准,Ca2+、Mg2+的吸附率可达96%。

실험연구용3A형비석흡부경수중적Ca2+、Mg2+,용EDTA락합적정법측정기총경도。실험연구비석용량、용액산도、흡부시간급흡부온도대Ca2+、Mg2+적흡부효과적영향。결과표명,3A비석구유교호적경수연화성능,당비석용량7 g,당용액위중성혹약감성,흡부시간위40 min,흡부온도위40℃시,수양적경도위84 mgCaCO3/L,체도국가표준,Ca2+、Mg2+적흡부솔가체96%。
The water-softening properties of 3A-zeolite was studied on adsorption in this paper,which was analyzed by EDTA titration.Four elements are studied in the experiment: the usage of zeolite,the acidity of solution,the adsorption time and the adsorption temperature.The experimental indicated that the synthetic 3A-zeolite was feasible in softening hard water.When the usage of zeolite was 7 g,the adsorption time of 40 min and the adsorption temperature of 40 ℃.The hardness of the water decreased to 84 mgCaCO3/L,and reached to national standard.The adsorption rate of Ca2+,Mg2+ approved to 96%.
