高蛋白饮食与糖代谢关系复杂,尚无定论.多数研究认为高蛋白饮食可改善血精控制,是一种有效的糖尿病饮食干预疗法,但另有流行病学调查认为其能增加2型糖尿病的发病风险.高蛋白饮食通过糖异生、糖摄取改变胰岛素敏感性,并能增加餐后胰岛素释放.其促胰岛素分泌作用与进餐后分泌的胃肠道激素--ghrelin、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)有关,后两者可分别通过抑制或促进胰岛素释放来影响糖代谢.长期高蛋白饮食的有效性和安全性尚需进一步研究.

The relationship between high-protein diet and glucose metabolism is complex and uncertain. Recently, many researches have shown high protein intake can improve glycaemic control, and seems to be an effective dietary intervention of diabetes. But other researches indicate it might increase the incidence of type 2 diabetes. The intake of proteins at the expense of carbohydrates changes insulin sensitivity by gluconeogenesis and glucose uptake,and augments postprandial insulin secretion. The insulintropic effect of highprotein diet may involve ghrelin and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1),which have effect on glucose metabolism by suppressing or stimulating insulin secretion. The long term efficacy and safety of high-protein diet need further study.
