通过在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和聚萘二甲酸乙二酯的共混体系中加入不同种类、不同含量的热稳定剂或酯交换阻止剂,在300℃左右,经不同时间的熔融共混后取样,再经DSC、NMR测试观察,发现所使用的化学试剂不能阻止酯交换反应的发生,酯交换反应程度与所加化学试剂的种类、含量基本无关,而随熔融共混时间的缩短而受到抑制。
通過在聚對苯二甲痠乙二酯和聚萘二甲痠乙二酯的共混體繫中加入不同種類、不同含量的熱穩定劑或酯交換阻止劑,在300℃左右,經不同時間的鎔融共混後取樣,再經DSC、NMR測試觀察,髮現所使用的化學試劑不能阻止酯交換反應的髮生,酯交換反應程度與所加化學試劑的種類、含量基本無關,而隨鎔融共混時間的縮短而受到抑製。

PET/PEN melt blended samples were prepared under various processing conditions.Effect of such factors,i.e.the kind of chemical stabilizaer,the content of the stabilizer and blending time on the transesterification level in the blended samples was studied by means of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimitry(DSC).Results indicated that the transesterification reaction was significantly inhibited by shortening the melt blending time,but the influence of both the kind and content of stabilizer on the ester change reaction was negligible.
