介绍短玻纤增强ABS复合材料的生 产工艺,实验对比了处理玻纤用偶联剂种类和加 入量、玻纤含量、ABS种类及抗冲改性剂加入量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,玻纤用 质量分数为1.5%的偶联剂KH550处理,可增强9715A-ABS,同时加入质量分数为2%抗冲改性 剂的可得到综合性能较好的复合材料。

This article described the process of short glass fiber reinforced ABS composite.The category and feeding volumes of coupling agent for treating glass fiber,glass fiber content,ABS category are compared,the effect of anti-impact modifier on properties of the composite was involved in this experiment.The result showed that 9715A ABS was reinforced after treating glass fiber by 1.5% coupling agent KH550,the overall properties of the composites also can be achieved with present of 2% anti-impact modifier.
