在心血管支架表面构建仿生细胞外基质结构的涂层是提高支架生物相客性的有效方法.结合静电纺丝及静电自组装技术,在316L医用不锈钢基底上制备出网状聚氨酯/(羧甲基壳聚糖/壳聚糖)_n复合涂层.血小板黏附实验表明,对于网状聚氨酯涂层,血小板较易黏附在直径小于1μm的纤维上,在直径大于1 μm的纤维上几乎无血小板黏附;而聚氨酯/(羧甲基壳聚糖/壳聚糖)_n复合涂层的血小板黏附数量明显下降,血液相容性得到改善.
在心血管支架錶麵構建倣生細胞外基質結構的塗層是提高支架生物相客性的有效方法.結閤靜電紡絲及靜電自組裝技術,在316L醫用不鏽鋼基底上製備齣網狀聚氨酯/(羧甲基殼聚糖/殼聚糖)_n複閤塗層.血小闆黏附實驗錶明,對于網狀聚氨酯塗層,血小闆較易黏附在直徑小于1μm的纖維上,在直徑大于1 μm的纖維上幾乎無血小闆黏附;而聚氨酯/(羧甲基殼聚糖/殼聚糖)_n複閤塗層的血小闆黏附數量明顯下降,血液相容性得到改善.

Biomimetic extracellular matrix-like coatings on the surface of cardiovascular stents are effective in improving the blood compatibility. Fibrous polyurethane/(carboxymethyl chitosan / chitosan)_n composite coatings were fabricated on the substrates of 316L stainless steel by coupling an electrospinning process with an electrostatic self-assembling process. The polyurethane fibrous coatings platelet adhesion tests show that there is severe platelets adhesion on the fibers below 1 μm diameter,but there is almost no platelets adhesion on the fibers above 1 μm diameter. Furthermore,the number of platelets adhesion on the polyurethane/(carboxymethyl chitosan/chitosan)_n composite coatings decreases obviously, and the composite coatings present good blood compatibility.
