采用熔融挤出法制备了橡实壳纤维(AH)/聚乳酸(PLA)二元复合材料.通过对复合材料力学性能测试、吸水性、MIR、SEM、DMA和TG的分析,研究了橡实壳含量对材料的力学性能、疏水性能和热性能的影响.研究表明,复合材料具有较强的疏水性,尽管AH和PLA两者之间具有较差的相容性,但复合材料具有优异的力学性能、熔融流动性能和热稳定性能.

The binary composites of Acorn Hull(AH)fibres/Poly(lactic acid)(PLA)were produced by hot-melt extrusion method.The effects of Acorn Hull contents on mechanical,hydrophobic and thermal proper,ties of blend compesites were studied by mechanical properties test,water absorption,MIR,SEM,DMA and TG analysis.Research showed that the hydrophobic nature of blend composites were superior,the miscibility between AH and PLA was poor, but the mechanical,melt flow and thermal stability properties of composites were favorable.
