从英语专业在人才培养模式上存在的问题入手，对课程设置、师资队伍、教学内容、实验条件、实践教学以及就业困境等方面进行了分析。针对上述问题，提出了高校与翻译企业合作共建翻译实验室的教改实施方案，通过拓展校企之间的产学研互动，建立立体化的合作模式，为社会培养更多的实用型翻译人才，提升高校学生的职业素养和职业化能力，提高毕业生的就业竞争力。

This article, based on the analysis of the problems existed in mode of training for compound transla- tion talent of English major, analyzed from the following aspects： the curriculum, faculty, teaching content, experimental conditions, practice teaching, and employment difficulties in detail. To solve the problem, the author proposes the teaching reform implementation plan that university and translation enterprises jointly build translation laboratory, by expanding interactions of production, teaching and research between university and enterprises to establish three-dimensional model of cooperation in order to train more practical translators and enhance the professionalism and professional capacity of college students and the competitiveness of the graduates.
