目的调查分析我院解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)感染泌尿生殖道情况及对9种抗生素耐受性变化,为临床合理用药提供科学的参考依据.方法应用支原体培养鉴定药敏试剂盒对泌尿生殖道感染患者生殖泌尿道拭子进行体外支原体培养、鉴定及药物敏感试验.结果 1319例标本中891份标本培养出支原体,阳性率为66.55%.其中单纯Uu阳性766例,阳性率为58.07%;单纯Mh阳性18例,阳性率为1.36%;Uu合并Mh阳性107例,阳性率为8.11%.20～35岁年龄段感染支原体的阳性率为62.5%,36～50岁年龄段感染支原体的阳性率为57.2%,>50岁年龄段感染支原体的阳性率为47.0%,差别不显著(P>0.05).单纯Uu感染株对九种抗生素均具有一定的敏感性,Uu和Mh混合感染对强力霉素、美满霉素和交沙霉素耐药性低.结论我院支原体感染以Uu为主,药敏以大环内酯类药物效果最好,以交沙霉素和克托霉素为首选.
목적 조사분석아원해뇨지원체(Uu)화인형지원체(Mh)감염비뇨생식도정황급대9충항생소내수성변화,위림상합리용약제공과학적삼고의거.방법 응용지원체배양감정약민시제합대비뇨생식도감염환자생식비뇨도식자진행체외지원체배양、감정급약물민감시험.결과 1319례표본중891빈표본배양출지원체,양성솔위66.55%.기중단순Uu양성766례,양성솔위58.07%;단순Mh양성18례,양성솔위1.36%;Uu합병Mh양성107례,양성솔위8.11%.20～35세년령단감염지원체적양성솔위62.5%,36～50세년령단감염지원체적양성솔위57.2%,>50세년령단감염지원체적양성솔위47.0%,차별불현저(P>0.05).단순Uu감염주대구충항생소균구유일정적민감성,Uu화Mh혼합감염대강력매소、미만매소화교사매소내약성저.결론 아원지원체감염이Uu위주,약민이대배내지류약물효과최호,이교사매소화극탁매소위수선.
Objective To investigate the genitourinary tract infection by Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) in my hospital and to analyze the change of sensitivity of 9 kinds of antibiotics which were used to Uu and Mh in order to show the right way for clinical application.Methods Culturing method and drug susceptibility test was used to detect the mycoplasma which came from the urogenital samples.Results There were 891 cases of mycoplasma detected from 1319 cases.The positive rate was 66.55%. The simple infection of Uu were 766 cases.The positive rate was 58.07%.And that of Mh were 18 cases, the positive rate was 1.36%.The mix infection of Uu and Mh were 107 cases.The rate was 8.11%.The positive rate of infection between the age 20 to 35 was 62.5%.That of the age between 36 to 50 was 57.2%.That of the age over 50 was 47.0%.The difference was not significant.The simple infection of Uu was sensitive to 9 kinds of antibiotics.The mix infection of Uu and Mh were sensitive to Doxycycline Minocycline and Josamycin. Conclusions The chief infection of urealyticum was Uu in our hospital.The best drug was macrolides, and the Josamycin and Clarithromycin were preferred.
