急性髓细胞白血病(AML)的诸多预后不良因素中,年龄≥60岁是一个重要的不良预后指标.原因除了与老年患者本身的生理特点有关,更重要的是由于其白血病细胞的生物学特征与青年患者显著不同.现就老年AML患者的临床、生物学特征及在此基础上的治疗进展进行综述.

Age over 60 is one of important poor parameters in the prognosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). In addition to the physiological characteristics of the elderly, the more important cause is the biological difference between the eldly and the younger leukemia cells. In this article, the clinical and biological characteristics of the elderly AML and the progress of therapy are reviewed.
