随着管道完整性管理技术的发展, 对在役天然气输气管道进行风险评估是实现输气管道从安全管理向风险管理、从经验管理向科学管理过渡的必要技术手段. 评估方式也逐渐由平面化向数据化发展, 相应的软件制作介入风险管理中. 本文着眼于输气管道的风险评估软件的设计与开发, 以期实现数据最大利用率, 人力物力配备最优化, 预防减少风险事故发生率, 开发完成集计算、存储、管理集一身的风险评估软件.

With the development of natural gas pipeline integrity management technology, the risk assessment to the in-service pipeline is not only the necessary technical means, but also can lead the transition from the experience management to scientific management. Assessment methods have gradually developed toward quantitative evaluation from qualitative analysis. The work of software development is one part of the risk management. This article focuses on the risk assessment software design and development of in-use gas pipeline, in order to achieve maximum utilization of data, and optimization of the human and material resources. It will effectively reduces the accident frequency. The integrated risk software based on the C/S mode and .net framework is put forward, which can realize the functions of risk quantitative calculation, risk data storage and risk management.
