[目的] 比较不同品种间核桃枝条酚含量的差异.[方法]选自山西省汾阳市核桃基地的7个核桃品种1年生枝条为试材,采用Folin-酚法和亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法分别测定春季萌芽期核桃枝条韧皮部总酚含量和黄酮类化合物含量.[结果]供试的7个核桃品种中,中林1号和晋龙2号的总酚含量极显著高于其他品种,中林3号和西扶1号次之,礼品1号、薄壳香和鲁光极显著低于其他品种;中林1号和晋龙2号的黄酮类化合物含量极显著高于其他品种,中林3号次之,西扶1号、礼品1号和薄壳香含量均相对较低,鲁光显著低于其他品种.[结论] 中林1号、晋龙2号和中林3号3个核桃品种的总酚和黄酮类化合物含量均极显著高于其余4个供试品种,由此推测,这3个核桃品种的抗寒性也相对较强.
[目的] 比較不同品種間覈桃枝條酚含量的差異.[方法]選自山西省汾暘市覈桃基地的7箇覈桃品種1年生枝條為試材,採用Folin-酚法和亞硝痠鈉-硝痠鋁比色法分彆測定春季萌芽期覈桃枝條韌皮部總酚含量和黃酮類化閤物含量.[結果]供試的7箇覈桃品種中,中林1號和晉龍2號的總酚含量極顯著高于其他品種,中林3號和西扶1號次之,禮品1號、薄殼香和魯光極顯著低于其他品種;中林1號和晉龍2號的黃酮類化閤物含量極顯著高于其他品種,中林3號次之,西扶1號、禮品1號和薄殼香含量均相對較低,魯光顯著低于其他品種.[結論] 中林1號、晉龍2號和中林3號3箇覈桃品種的總酚和黃酮類化閤物含量均極顯著高于其餘4箇供試品種,由此推測,這3箇覈桃品種的抗寒性也相對較彊.
[목적] 비교불동품충간핵도지조분함량적차이.[방법]선자산서성분양시핵도기지적7개핵도품충1년생지조위시재,채용Folin-분법화아초산납-초산려비색법분별측정춘계맹아기핵도지조인피부총분함량화황동류화합물함량.[결과]공시적7개핵도품충중,중림1호화진룡2호적총분함량겁현저고우기타품충,중림3호화서부1호차지,례품1호、박각향화로광겁현저저우기타품충;중림1호화진룡2호적황동류화합물함량겁현저고우기타품충,중림3호차지,서부1호、례품1호화박각향함량균상대교저,로광현저저우기타품충.[결론] 중림1호、진룡2호화중림3호3개핵도품충적총분화황동류화합물함량균겁현저고우기여4개공시품충,유차추측,저3개핵도품충적항한성야상대교강.
[Objective] The study aimed to compare the difference of phenolic compound content in branches of walnut with different varieties.[Method] With 1-year-old branches of 7 walnut varieties selected from the walnut base in Fenyang City of Shanxi Province as the tested materials,the Folin-phenol method and sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrite colorimetry were used to determine the contents of total phenolic and flavonoids in phloem of walnut branches in spring germination stage.[Result] Among 7 tested walnut varieties,the total phenolic contents of zhonglin 1 and Jinlong 2 were significantly higher than that of other varieties,that of Zhonglin 3 and Xifu 1 were the second higher and that of Lipin 1,Bokexiang and Luguang were much lower than that of varieties.The flavonoids contents of zhonglin 1 and Jinlong 2 were significantly higher than that of other varieties,that of Zhonglin 3 was the second higher,that of Xifu 1,Lipin 1 and Bokexiang were relatively lower and that of Luguang was much lower than that of other varieties.[Conclusion] The contents of total phenolic and flavonoids of 3 walnut varieties like Zhonglin 1,Jinlong 2 and Zhonglin 3 were extremely significantly higher than that of other 4 varieties,so it was conjectured that these 3 walnut varieties could have a strong cold resistance relatively.
