以雷公藤绿色嫩叶诱导产生的愈伤组织为外植体,通过正交试验设计,研究了不同培养基对雷公藤优良无性系不定芽诱导、不定芽增殖和生根的影响.结果表明:不同浓度的激素组合对雷公藤愈伤组织不定芽诱导培养的影响显著,最优诱导培养基为MS+IAA 0.2 mg·L~(-1)+KT 0.5 mg·L~(-1)+6-BA 1.5 mg·L~(-1);不同浓度的激素组合对雷公藤不定芽增殖培养的影响极显著,最佳增殖培养基为MS+NAA 0.1 mg·L~(-1)+KT 0.1 mg·L~(-1)+6-BA 1.0 mg·L~(-1);不同培养基对雷公藤生根培养的影响不显著,生根培养适合的培养基为1/2MS+NAA 2.0 mg·L~(-1)+KT 0.1 mg·L~(-1).
以雷公籐綠色嫩葉誘導產生的愈傷組織為外植體,通過正交試驗設計,研究瞭不同培養基對雷公籐優良無性繫不定芽誘導、不定芽增殖和生根的影響.結果錶明:不同濃度的激素組閤對雷公籐愈傷組織不定芽誘導培養的影響顯著,最優誘導培養基為MS+IAA 0.2 mg·L~(-1)+KT 0.5 mg·L~(-1)+6-BA 1.5 mg·L~(-1);不同濃度的激素組閤對雷公籐不定芽增殖培養的影響極顯著,最佳增殖培養基為MS+NAA 0.1 mg·L~(-1)+KT 0.1 mg·L~(-1)+6-BA 1.0 mg·L~(-1);不同培養基對雷公籐生根培養的影響不顯著,生根培養適閤的培養基為1/2MS+NAA 2.0 mg·L~(-1)+KT 0.1 mg·L~(-1).

By orthogonal experiment the tender green leaves were used as explants to study the effect of different medium on adventitious buds induction, adventitious buds proliferation and rooting experiment of Tripterygium wilfordii superior clone. The results showed that there was a significant impact to T.wilfordii adventitious buds induction cultivated on different concentrations of hormone combinations. The optimal induction medium was MS+IAA 0.2 mg·L~(-1)+KT 0.5 mg·L~(-1)+6-BA 1.5 mg·L~(-1). There was a very significant impact to T.wilfordii adventitious buds proliferation cultivated on different concentrations of hormone combinations. The optimal proliferation medium was MS+NAA 0.1 mg·L~(-1)+KT 0.1 mg·L~(-1)+6-BA 1.0 mg·L~(-1). There was not significant impact to T.wilfordii rooting cultivated in different treatments, the adaptive rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 2.0 mg·L~(-1)+KT 0.1 mg·L~(-1).
