用水蒸气蒸馏法提取棘托竹荪子实体鲜品的挥发油,每100 g得到0.093 g.用石油醚冷浸提棘托竹荪子实体鲜品,每100 g得到0.475 g.应用GC-MS对提取物的化学成分进行研究,用HP-5MS柱分离,质谱法分别鉴定出35种和37种成分,其中有18种成分是首次从竹荪属中检测到的.挥发油主要成分为醇、芳香烃、倍半萜、脂肪酸、酮等;石油醚提取物主要成分为脂肪酸、醇、芳香类、酯、胺等.提取物的抑菌效果:挥发油>石油醚提取物.挥发油对受试的霉菌、酵母菌、细菌都有强的抑制作用.

The volatile oil of fresh carpophore of Dictyophora echinovolvata is extracted by water-steaming method,the extraction rate is 0.093 g out of 100 g sample. The mushroom is extracted by petroleum ether in room temperature,the extraction rates is 0.475 g out of 100 g sample. The chemical compositions of the volatile oil and the petroleum ether extract had been researched by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. 35 and 37 Compositions had been identified from the volatile oil and the petroleum ether extract separately,among which 18 compositions were identified from Dictyophora sp. for the first time. The major components of volatile oil are alcohol,aromatic compounds,sesquiterpene,fatty acid,ketone etc. The major components of petroleum ether extract are fatty acid,alcohol,aromatic compounds,ester,amine etc. The antimicrobial activity of the volatile oil is stronger than that of the petroleum ether extract. And the volatile oil has a strong antimicrobial activity to mold,yeast and bacteria in the test.
