通过对贵州花江柚木褐斑病病菌的多次分离培养,根据症状特点和致病性测定、病原菌的形态特点与培养性状,结果表明,柚木褐斑病的病原菌为链格孢属(Alternaria sp.)真菌.5种供试药剂中,75%猛杀生、60%茄苯得对菌丝生长有很强的抑制作用,2 000倍时对病原菌的抑制效果均在80%以上.
通過對貴州花江柚木褐斑病病菌的多次分離培養,根據癥狀特點和緻病性測定、病原菌的形態特點與培養性狀,結果錶明,柚木褐斑病的病原菌為鏈格孢屬(Alternaria sp.)真菌.5種供試藥劑中,75%猛殺生、60%茄苯得對菌絲生長有很彊的抑製作用,2 000倍時對病原菌的抑製效果均在80%以上.
통과대귀주화강유목갈반병병균적다차분리배양,근거증상특점화치병성측정、병원균적형태특점여배양성상,결과표명,유목갈반병적병원균위련격포속(Alternaria sp.)진균.5충공시약제중,75%맹살생、60%가분득대균사생장유흔강적억제작용,2 000배시대병원균적억제효과균재80%이상.
An foxiness pathogen was separated from the Tectona spp. in Huajiang ,Guizhou. According to the symptom and pathogenicity test, morphology and cultural characters, the pathogen was identified to be Alternaria sp. 5 fungicides were tested in vitro for efficacy against the Alternaria sp.Test on mycelia growth showed that 75%Mengshasheng ,60%Qiebende 2 000 time were the most effective fungicides, with their inhibitive rates up to80%. The results revealed that the efficacy of different fungicides on Alternaria sp. is different in the laboratory.
