由于并联加工中心的制造误差、并联加工中心主轴和动平台间存在的不垂直度误差,会使零件加工表面形成阶梯;此外由于一般CAM软件形成五坐标加工程序时,不能对拐点处进行减速和变姿态,容易引起叶片加工在拐点处过切.因此,研究主轴和动平台间不垂直度误差测量和补偿方法,和判断加工程序拐点和时拐点速度进行处理的方法,用以解决这两个问题.
由于併聯加工中心的製造誤差、併聯加工中心主軸和動平檯間存在的不垂直度誤差,會使零件加工錶麵形成階梯;此外由于一般CAM軟件形成五坐標加工程序時,不能對枴點處進行減速和變姿態,容易引起葉片加工在枴點處過切.因此,研究主軸和動平檯間不垂直度誤差測量和補償方法,和判斷加工程序枴點和時枴點速度進行處理的方法,用以解決這兩箇問題.

Owing to the manufacturing error of parallel machi-ning center and that leads to the existence of non-perpendicularity error between the main-spindle and the moving platform, thus caused the being machined surface of component part formed in a hddered shape.Furthermore, on account of the general CAM soft-ware while forming a five coordinated processing program it couldn' t be able to carrying out deceleration and posture variation, thus it would be easy to cause over cut at the inflection point when machi-ning the vane.In order to resolve these two problems the measure-ment of non-perpendicularity error between main spindle and mov-ing platform and the compensation method, how to judge the posi-tion of inflection point by means of machining program and the method of advancing treatment on the velocity of inflection point have all been studied.
