根据2008年9月~2009年2月在胶州湾中部海域进行的逐月定点底拖网调查,对该海域秋、冬季大型无脊椎动物群落结构及多样性变化进行了初步研究.结果表明,胶州湾秋、冬季共捕获大型无脊椎动物60种,其中甲壳动物和软体动物是主要的无脊椎动物类群;优势种组成具有较明显的月间变化,主要为口虾蛄Oratosquilla oratoria、短蛸Octopus ocellatus、脊腹褐虾Crangon affinis等湾内定居性种类及洄游性较小的种类.Margalef种类丰富度指数范围为1.998~4.669,自9月起逐月递减,11月达到最低值,随后又逐月升高,2月达到最高值;Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数范围分别为1.325~2.500和0.422~0.693,逐月变化趋势与物种丰富度指数基本一致.多样性指数与海域温度、盐度和深度等环境因子均无显著性相关.多元统计分析表明,胶州湾中部海域秋、冬季大型无脊椎动物群落可划分为2个时间组群;组群间群落种类组成结构差异不显著.
根據2008年9月~2009年2月在膠州灣中部海域進行的逐月定點底拖網調查,對該海域鞦、鼕季大型無脊椎動物群落結構及多樣性變化進行瞭初步研究.結果錶明,膠州灣鞦、鼕季共捕穫大型無脊椎動物60種,其中甲殼動物和軟體動物是主要的無脊椎動物類群;優勢種組成具有較明顯的月間變化,主要為口蝦蛄Oratosquilla oratoria、短蛸Octopus ocellatus、脊腹褐蝦Crangon affinis等灣內定居性種類及洄遊性較小的種類.Margalef種類豐富度指數範圍為1.998~4.669,自9月起逐月遞減,11月達到最低值,隨後又逐月升高,2月達到最高值;Shannon-Wiener多樣性指數和Pielou均勻度指數範圍分彆為1.325~2.500和0.422~0.693,逐月變化趨勢與物種豐富度指數基本一緻.多樣性指數與海域溫度、鹽度和深度等環境因子均無顯著性相關.多元統計分析錶明,膠州灣中部海域鞦、鼕季大型無脊椎動物群落可劃分為2箇時間組群;組群間群落種類組成結構差異不顯著.

Based on the monthly bottom trawl surveys in the central waters of Jiaozhou Bay from September 2008 to February 2009, a preliminary study on the variations of community structure and diversity of macroinvertebrates during autumn and winter was carried out. The results indicated that there were 60 macroinvertebrate species caught in all, among which, crustaceans and mollusks were the major components. The dominant species varying among months were mainly the resident species and seasonal migratory ones such as mantis shrimp (Oratosquilla oratoria), shortarm octopus (Octopus ocellatus) and Japanese sand shrimp (Crangon affinis). Margalef's species richness index, fluctuating between 1.998 and 4.669 1, decreased from September 2008, then reached the lowest value in December 2008, and finally increased to its highest value in February 2009. The ranges of the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou's evenness index were 1.325~2.500 and 0.422~0.693 respectively. The variations of both indices basically followed the same tendency with that of species richness index. There was no positive correlation between species diversity index and environmental factors, i.e. temperature, salinity and depth measured at the spot. The analysis of multivariate methods showed that two temporal groups were identified for macroinvertebrate community during autumn and winter. There were no distinct differences in species compositions of community structure between these two groups.
