研究采用乙醇沉淀法测定葡聚糖浓度实验方法,结果表明:乙醇与葡聚糖溶液体积比大于等于1∶1时,溶液产生较大浊度;反应时间在30 min以上时,溶液浊度相对稳定;但大量实验研究结果表明:葡聚糖溶液浓度与浊度之间线性关系不好,且溶液产生的浊度重复性很差。

The determination of dextran concentration with ethanol precipitation method was studied.The result showed that when solution volume ratio of ethanol to dextran was greater than or equal 1:1,the solution had a greater turbidity,when reaction time was more than 30 min,the turbidity of the solution was relatively stable.It could be finding that there was a bad linear function between the concentration of the dextran and the turbidity of the solution,and the repeatability on the turbidity of the solution was very poor.
