患者男,43岁,农民.因双足趾间皮肤红斑、糜烂、渗出伴溃疡反复4个月,加重20余天.分别取双足皮损处脓性分泌物培养,根据菌落形态、ATB细菌鉴定仪鉴定结果确定为嗜麦芽寡食单胞菌.经口服甲氧苄啶+磺胺甲噁唑每日两次,每次2片,同时给予局部治疗,1周后皮损明显好转,3周后大部分愈合,随访4周后痊愈.
환자남,43세,농민.인쌍족지간피부홍반、미란、삼출반궤양반복4개월,가중20여천.분별취쌍족피손처농성분비물배양,근거균락형태、ATB세균감정의감정결과학정위기맥아과식단포균.경구복갑양변정+광알갑오서매일량차,매차2편,동시급여국부치료,1주후피손명현호전,3주후대부분유합,수방4주후전유.
The patient was a 43-year-old farmer.He had presented with a recurrent erythema,erosion,effusion and ulcer for four months on both feet.Twenty days prior to the presentation,the condition was exacerbated.Culture of the purulent secretion from the lesions on both feet grew Stenortrophomonas maltophilia which was confirmed based on the colony appearance and ATB system.The patient experienced an evident improvement one week after treatment with trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole.Most lesions subsided three weeks later,and a complete care was achieved four weeks later.
