目的：探讨干扰素联合胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：收治带状疱疹患者146例，按具体采用的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组，每组73例。对照组单纯使用胸腺五肽进行治疗，观察组联用干扰素与胸腺五肽治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：对照组的止痛、止疱及结痂时间均长于观察组，比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照组治疗总有效率79.45%，观察组治疗总有效率98.63%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照组出现2例轻度发热，1例皮肤瘙痒，观察组有1例皮肤瘙痒。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：干扰素联合胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹可获得理想的疗效，同时不良反应较少。
목적：탐토간우소연합흉선오태치료대상포진적림상료효。방법：수치대상포진환자146례，안구체채용적치료방법분위대조조화관찰조，매조73례。대조조단순사용흉선오태진행치료，관찰조련용간우소여흉선오태치료，비교량조적림상료효。결과：대조조적지통、지포급결가시간균장우관찰조，비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；대조조치료총유효솔79.45%，관찰조치료총유효솔98.63%，조간비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；대조조출현2례경도발열，1례피부소양，관찰조유1례피부소양。량조불량반응발생솔비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：간우소연합흉선오태치료대상포진가획득이상적료효，동시불량반응교소。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of interferon combined with thymopentin in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods:146 patients with herpes zoster were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 73 cases in each according to treatment method.The control group was treated with thymopentin individually,the observation group was treated with interferon combined with thymopentin.The clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of relieve pain,relieve blister and scab of the control group were longer than the observation group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).In the control group,the total effective rate was 79.45%;in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 98.63%,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).In the control group,there were 2 cases with mild fever and 1 case with skin itch;in the observation group,there was 1 case with skin itch. The adverse reaction rate of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The interferon combined with thymopentin in the treatment of herpes zoster can achieve ideal curative effect and less adverse reactions.
