采用纤维素酶和果胶酶提取柳蒿芽中的多糖,通过单因素试验和正交试验分析了料液比、时间、酶加量、温度、pH值5个因素对提取柳蒿芽多糖的影响.结果表明:酶法提取多糖的适宜条件是纤维素酶为底物质量的0.5%、果胶酶为底物质量的2.0% , 加热时间为0.5h,温度55℃,溶液pH值为5.5 ,料液比(m(柳蒿芽)∶V(提取液))为1g∶20mL,此时的提取率为5.37%.

An experiment was conducted to extract polysaccharide from Artemisia integrifolia by cellulase and pectase. The optimal parameters for the extraction technology were determined by single factor and orthogonal tests. The optimal extraction process was obtained as cellulase 0.5%, pectase 2.0%, extraction time 0.5 hour, temperature 55 degrees C, pH 5.5, and liquid to material ratio 1g∶20mL. The extraction rate of polysaccharide was 5.37% under this condition.
