[目的]对日本产红豆杉枝叶中的化学成分进行研究,对分离得到的化合物进行毒活性测试.[方法]采用硅胶柱层析及高压液相色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用理化常数和波谱数据鉴定化学结构.[结果]从红豆杉枝叶的氯仿层萃取物中分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为7-epi-taxol、7-epi-cepharomannine、decinnamoyltaxinine J、2-deacetoxydecinnamoyltaxinine J,前2个化合物显示出较强的抗癌活性.[结论]4个化合物均为首次从日本产红豆杉中分离得到.

[Objective]The research aimed to study the chemical constituents isolated from the stems and needles of Japanese Taxus cuspidata and their biological activity.[Methods]Column chromatography with silica gel and HPLC was useed to isolate and purify.Their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical methods and spectral analysis.[Results]Four compounds were isolated from chloroform extract of Taxus cuspidata.Their structures were identified as 7-epi-taxol,7-epi-cepharomannine,decinnamoyltaxinine J,2-deacetoxydecinnamoyltaxinine J.Compounds 1-2 showed strong anti-cancer activity.[Conclusion]Four compounds were isolated from Japamese Taxus cuspidata for the first time.
