首先对碳纳米管进行酸化处理,在聚氨酯合成过程中分别利用共混法和原位聚合法制备碳纳米管/聚氨酯复合材料,利用碳纳米管的性能对聚氨酯材料进行改性.利用傅立叶变换红外光谱分析仪研究了酸化对碳纳米管性能的影响,微机控制电子万能试验机、动态力学分析仪和数字超高电阻、微电流测量仪对碳纳米管聚氨酯复合材料力学、热力学和导电性能进行了研究,对比研究了两种制备方法对改善聚氨酯材料性能的不同影响.结果表明:通过两种方法制备的复合材料均可以提高聚氨酯材料的力学、热力学和导电性能,原位聚合法制备的复合材料在性能上的提高要比共混法更为明显有效.

Carbon nanotubes and polyurethane composites were prepared via blending and in situ polymerization to modify the properties of polyurethane. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) measurement was employed to assess the influence of acid treatment on carbon nanotubes. Mechanical, thermal and electoral conductivity prop-erties of composites were charactered by tensile tester machine, dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and ohmme-ter to investigate the difference influence of preparation via blending and in situ polymerization on the modification to polyurethane. It indicated that carbon nanotubes could improve the mechanical, thermal and electoral conductivi-ty properties of polyurethane, and the composites prepared via in situ polymerization could improve the properties of polyurethane more significantly compared to the composites prepared via blending.
