检测了长薄面板压铸件的变形量及变形规律,从铸件结构、压铸工艺设计分析了变形形成的原因.结果表明,变形主要产生于铸件开模及顶出过程中,而不是形成于冷却过程中.分型面的选择及顶杆布置不当是造成面板压铸件变形的主要原因.合理的分型面及顶杆设计可显著减小铸件的变形量.

Deformation rate and principle of die casting aluminum alloy long-thin panel for communication were measured, and origination of deformation was expounded from the viewpoint of panel structure and die casting process. The results reveal that deformation occurs in process of the open-mold and push-out of panel, not occurs in process of cooling. Selection of parting face and allocation of push-pin are mainly responsible for the deformation of die casting panel. The deformation rate of the die casting panel can be greatly reduced by designing rational parting face and push-pin.
