为探究桑树对SO_2污染的抗逆机制,以盆栽实生桑苗为试验材料,采用密闭箱静态熏气法研究不同浓度SO_2胁迫对桑树主要逆境生理生化特性的影响.桑树叶片中的含硫量随SO_2胁迫处理浓度的增加而升高,随着SO_2胁迫的加强,桑树叶片逐渐出现坏死,甚至萎蔫.桑树叶片过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在处理前期随SO_2胁迫处理浓度的增加而升高,处理后期当SO_2质量浓度达到50 mg/m~3之后,又表现出下降的趋势;桑树叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性则随SO_2胁迫处理浓度的增加而急剧下降;在较低质量浓度(10、30 mg/m~3)SO_2胁迫下,桑树叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)活性表现出较大幅度的升高,而较高质量浓度(50 mg/m~3)SO_2胁迫下则表现出下降的趋势;桑树叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率随着SO_2胁迫处理浓度的提高表现出减小趋势,脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白质的含量则随SO_2胁迫处理浓度的提高而增大.试验结果表明,SO_2胁迫抑制了桑树保护酶活性,导致植株逆境伤害加剧,叶片产生坏死,降低了光合能力,对桑树生长产生不利影响.

In order to understand the mechanism of mulberry's resistance to SO_2 pollution, potted mulberry seedlings were placed in an enclosed chamber and added with SO_2 with different concentrations to study the effects of SO_2 on the main physiological and biochemical properties of mulberry. The results showed that sulfur content in mulberry leaves increased with the concentration of SO_2 stress in the chamber. As the SO_2 stress was enhanced, necrotic areas and even wilting occurred to the leaves gradually. The activity of catalase ( CAT) in mulberry leaves increased with SO_2 level in earlier stage and decreased in later stage after SO_2 level reached 50 mg/m~3. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mulberry leaves decreased rapidly as SO_2 stress was enhanced. Under relatively lower SO_2 stress ( 10, 30 mg/m~3), the activity of peroxidase (POD) in mulberry leaves increased substantially and declined under relatively high SO_2 stress (50 mg/m~3). As SO_2 stress was enhanced, chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of mulberry leaves increased while proline, malonaldehyde and soluble protein contents decreased. Activity of protective enzyme was inhibited by SO_2 stress which led to more serious injury, and larger necrotic areas on the leaves while photosynthetic rate declined. All these changes had negative influences on the growth and development of mulberry.
