针对塑料导爆管对特殊粒度黑索今(RDX)的需要,采用硝酸重结晶法制备导爆管用RDX;分析了硝酸重结晶工艺中硝酸浓度、温度、搅拌等因素对结晶粒度的影响;确定了初始结晶母液的硝酸浓度.试验结果表明:通过控制工艺条件,可以使结晶出的RDX粒度得到控制;生产出的RDX产品费氏平均粒度分别为13~15μm和10~12μm;质量能满足使用厂家对RDX的要求.
針對塑料導爆管對特殊粒度黑索今(RDX)的需要,採用硝痠重結晶法製備導爆管用RDX;分析瞭硝痠重結晶工藝中硝痠濃度、溫度、攪拌等因素對結晶粒度的影響;確定瞭初始結晶母液的硝痠濃度.試驗結果錶明:通過控製工藝條件,可以使結晶齣的RDX粒度得到控製;生產齣的RDX產品費氏平均粒度分彆為13~15μm和10~12μm;質量能滿足使用廠傢對RDX的要求.

Taking aim at the need of granularity of RDX used for preparing plastic lead, the RDX was prepared by the nitric acid recrystallization;the influences of concentration, temperature and agitation of the nitric acid on granularity were analyzed;the nitric acid concentration of the initial crystallization mother liquid was determined. The tested results show that the RDX granularity can be controlled by controlling process conditions;the Fei's average granularities of the produced RDX are 13~15μm and 10~12μm respectively;the RDX quality can satisfy requirements of the user.
