通过对3批试料的生产实验,介绍了从炉灰、酸泥中回收和提取高纯铂、钯的工艺流程.实验过程中,经酸浸、置换、离子交换分离大部分杂质元素,再调整铂、钯化合价态,用氯化铵沉淀铂从而达到铂、钯的有效分离.实践证明,该工艺流程简单,实用性强,分离效果好,回收率高,产品质量稳定.
通過對3批試料的生產實驗,介紹瞭從爐灰、痠泥中迴收和提取高純鉑、鈀的工藝流程.實驗過程中,經痠浸、置換、離子交換分離大部分雜質元素,再調整鉑、鈀化閤價態,用氯化銨沉澱鉑從而達到鉑、鈀的有效分離.實踐證明,該工藝流程簡單,實用性彊,分離效果好,迴收率高,產品質量穩定.

A process for recovery and extraction of the high-purity Pt and Pd from furnace ash and the acid mud was introduced. It consists of leaching by acid,displacement and ion exchange to separate the impure elements. Effective separation of Pt from Pd was achieved by adjusting the valence of Pt and Pd. It was proved that this method is a simple and practical process.
