在介绍组件式GIS技术、ArcGIS Engine及GIS空间分析技术的基础上,结合突发性水污染事件应急管理体系的业务要求,探讨了在本底空间数据库的支持下,构建基于GIS技术的突发性水污染应急响应系统的主要内容及方法.为GIS技术更好地应用于水资源管理,最大程度地减少水污染造成的危害,提供先进可靠的技术支持.该研究的成果已在长江三峡库区万州段获得了实际应用.

On the basis of the technique and theory of Embedded-GIS, ArcGIS Engine and GIS spatial analysis, and by combining the requirements of suddenly happened water pollution accident emergency response management system, we study the main content and method on suddenly happened water pollution accident emergency response system based on GIS technology, supported by the spatial database. This study can use the GIS technology for the water resource management so as to reduce the damage of water pollution influence. The study result has been used in Wanzhou stretch of the Three Gorges Reservior.
