[目的]了解工业污染区繁缕根尖细胞有丝分裂期染色体的畸变和微核.[方法]以兰州某工业污染区采的繁缕种子为材料,经过室温萌发,卡诺氏固定液固定,盐酸解离,石炭酸品红染色液染色,常规压片,镜检,进行微核鉴别.[结果]处理样品有丝分裂过程中存在着大量的染色体畸变,主要表现为微核的产生.在所观察的34个染色体畸变细胞中微核数有5种类型(8、9、10、11、12),其中以微核数10和11的染色体畸变细胞为主.有染色体畸变的微核细胞小而圆,并且聚集成团出现,没有染色体畸变的正常细胞呈椭圆形,而且细胞较大.[结论]该研究为今后繁缕属植物的研究与环境污染的植物检测提供了参考.
[目的]瞭解工業汙染區繁縷根尖細胞有絲分裂期染色體的畸變和微覈.[方法]以蘭州某工業汙染區採的繁縷種子為材料,經過室溫萌髮,卡諾氏固定液固定,鹽痠解離,石炭痠品紅染色液染色,常規壓片,鏡檢,進行微覈鑒彆.[結果]處理樣品有絲分裂過程中存在著大量的染色體畸變,主要錶現為微覈的產生.在所觀察的34箇染色體畸變細胞中微覈數有5種類型(8、9、10、11、12),其中以微覈數10和11的染色體畸變細胞為主.有染色體畸變的微覈細胞小而圓,併且聚集成糰齣現,沒有染色體畸變的正常細胞呈橢圓形,而且細胞較大.[結論]該研究為今後繁縷屬植物的研究與環境汙染的植物檢測提供瞭參攷.

[Objective] The aim was to understand the mitotic chromosome aberrations in root tip cell of industrial polluted Stellaria media and micronucleus. [Method] With S. media seeds collected from some industrial polluted area in Lanzhou as materials, the seeds germinated at room temperature and then through Carnoy's fluid fixation, hydrochloride dissociation, carbol fuchsin dyeing, traditional squash and microscopic examination, the micronucleus were identified. [Result] There existed plenty of chromosome aberrations during the process of mitosis in treated samples and it was mainly showed the micronucleus production. In the 34 observed chromosome aberration cells, the micronucleus number had 5 types of 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, among them, the chromosome aberration cells with 10 and 11 micronuclei were the most. The micronucleus cells with chromosome aberration were small and round, and they were appeared assembly. The normal cells without chromosome aberration were oval and the cells were larger. [Conclusion] The research provided reference for future study on Stellaria plants and environmental polluted plant detection.
