以麦秸、水泥和石膏为原料,通过单因子试验,研究原料预处理方式对麦秸/无机凝胶复合材性能的影响,并利用体视显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察分析复合材的胶接状况.结果表明:麦秸经过稀碱处理或热水处理后,所制得的麦秸/水泥复合材和麦秸/石膏复合材物理力学性能较佳.

Wheat straw, cement and gypsum were used as raw materials to prepare wheat-inorganic gelatin composite. The effect of pretreatment methods of wheat straw on the properties of the composite was studied. Bonding properties between wheat straw, cement and gypsum were evaluated and observed by stereo microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results show that the properties of the composite would be better after the wheat straw particles were pretreated with alkalescent solution or boiling water.
