在数值模拟研究压边力、毛料直径、凸凹模圆角半径、变形温度等对5A90铝锂合金板材拉深成形影响的基础上,采用正交试验设计方法对拉深成形工艺参数进行了优化设计,并进行了相应的拉深成形试验研究,研究表明,变形温度对拉深成形影响最显著,其次是毛料大小,而变形速度和压边力大小的影响较小,同时,通过对试验结果的计算、分析和总结,获得了5A90铝锂合金板材拉深成形的最佳工艺参数组合,在最佳工艺参数条件下,铝锂合金的拉深系数达到了0.45.
在數值模擬研究壓邊力、毛料直徑、凸凹模圓角半徑、變形溫度等對5A90鋁鋰閤金闆材拉深成形影響的基礎上,採用正交試驗設計方法對拉深成形工藝參數進行瞭優化設計,併進行瞭相應的拉深成形試驗研究,研究錶明,變形溫度對拉深成形影響最顯著,其次是毛料大小,而變形速度和壓邊力大小的影響較小,同時,通過對試驗結果的計算、分析和總結,穫得瞭5A90鋁鋰閤金闆材拉深成形的最佳工藝參數組閤,在最佳工藝參數條件下,鋁鋰閤金的拉深繫數達到瞭0.45.

On the basis of numerical simulating the effects of holder force, diameter of blank, punch radius,die corner radius and temperature on deep drawing for 5A90 AI-Li alloy sheets, the deep drawing parameters were optimized by orthogonal experimental design method, and the corresponding deep drawing tests were car-ried out. The results show that the significant factors on deep drawing are temperature, diameter of blank,drawing speed and holder force in order. The optimal compounding of deep drawing parameters for 5A90 Al-Li alloy sheets were attained by computing, analyzing and summarizing the results, and the limit drawing coef-ficient reached 0.45 in the optimal parameter conditions.
