Cane stern Water hyacinth Mixed silage quality
按甘蔗梢与水葫芦的质量比3:7(C3W7)、5:5(C5W5)和7:3(C7W3)分别调制3种混合青贮,同时调制水葫芦单贮(W10)、甘蔗梢单贮(C10)作为对照,每个处理重复3次,常温下贮存60d,开封后测定青贮的pH、乳酸(LA)、乙酸(AA)、干物质回收率(DMR)、氨态氮(NH3-N)等。结果表明,随甘蔗梢比率升高,青贮的LA含量极显著增加,pH极显著降低(P〈0.01)。同时,随甘蔗梢比率增加,3种混合青贮和C10单贮的AA含量和NH3-N极显著减少,DMR极显著上升(P〈0.01)。可见,利用甘蔗梢能显著改善水葫芦青贮的品质,调制甘蔗梢水葫芦混合青贮是开发利用水葫芦的一条极佳途径。

안감자소여수호호적질량비3:7(C3W7)、5:5(C5W5)화7:3(C7W3)분별조제3충혼합청저,동시조제수호호단저(W10)、감자소단저(C10)작위대조,매개처리중복3차,상온하저존60d,개봉후측정청저적pH、유산(LA)、을산(AA)、간물질회수솔(DMR)、안태담(NH3-N)등。결과표명,수감자소비솔승고,청저적LA함량겁현저증가,pH겁현저강저(P〈0.01)。동시,수감자소비솔증가,3충혼합청저화C10단저적AA함량화NH3-N겁현저감소,DMR겁현저상승(P〈0.01)。가견,이용감자소능현저개선수호호청저적품질,조제감자소수호호혼합청저시개발이용수호호적일조겁가도경。
Cane stern and water hyacinth were ensiled at three different kinds of mixed ratio, which were 3:7,5:5and 7:3(short for C3W7, C5W5 and C7W3),and an only water hyacinth silage(W10), an only Cane stern silage(C10) as two controls, Each treatment was three repeats. Silages were fermented for 60 days under normal temperature. Then the pH value, Lactic acid(LA), acetic acid(AA), dry matter recovery(DMR), ammonia(NH3-N), and other items were measured. Results indicated that with the ratio of cane stern increased, lactic acid of silage(LA) was significantly increased, pH was significantly reduced(P0.01). the content of three sorts of mixed ratio silages and an only cane stern silage of acetic acid (AA) and ammonia(NH3-N) have been significantly decreased with the increasing of cane stern, while the DMR has increased greatly(P0.01). It will be seen that using of cane stern can significantly improve the quality of water hyacinth silage, modulating of mixture silage between cane stern and water hyacinth is a feasible way for development and utilization of water hyacinth.
