采用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法对青岛、大连、天津、威海、丹东、赣榆及东营7个不同水域的斑尾复暇虎鱼耳石中12种金属元素进行了测定,各元素检出限较低,加标回收率在95%-107%,测定实际样品RSD为0.27%-2.14%(n3).其中,Mn、Zn和Ba3种元素含量波动较大,其他元素含量相对稳定;同一水域的鱼耳石中元素含量相当,不同水域的鱼耳石中元素含量有不同程度的差异,但没有数量级上的差别.

A method was established for rapid determination of 12 metallic elements in otolith ob tained from QingDao. DaLian. WeiHai. DanDong and DongYing. The detection limit was low the spike recovery of 12 metal elements were 95% -107% and the detection precision of sample (RSD) was 0. 27%-2.14%. During all elements,Mn,Zn and Ba varied by a large margin,and others were more sta- ble. The same element's concentration of the same water area were similar, but different water areas were different slightly during one order of magnitude.
