目的：明确栓道式附着体治疗倾斜基牙的临床疗效。方法基牙制作22件栓道式附着体义齿，进行2年的随访，从患者主观感受，临床检查情况等方面评价修复效果。结果栓道式附着体义齿舒适、固位、咀嚼有力。2例患者基牙烤瓷冠崩瓷，2例出现基牙疼痛，2例患者基牙牙周炎症。结论对症治疗后，义齿使用正常。栓道式附着体是修复倾斜基牙的一种较理想的修复治疗方法。
목적：명학전도식부착체치료경사기아적림상료효。방법기아제작22건전도식부착체의치，진행2년적수방，종환자주관감수，림상검사정황등방면평개수복효과。결과전도식부착체의치서괄、고위、저작유력。2례환자기아고자관붕자，2례출현기아동통，2례환자기아아주염증。결론대증치료후，의치사용정상。전도식부착체시수복경사기아적일충교이상적수복치료방법。
Objective To observe the efficacy of roadtype attachment in bolt abutment. Method 22 roadtype attachment prostheses were made of abutment for 2 years’ followup.Repair effect were evaluated from the aspect of subjective feelings of patients, clinical inspection, etc. Result Dentures of roadtype attachment were comfortable, retention, chewing powerful.2 patients’ porce-lain crown of abutments were destroyed, abutments pain appeared in two cases, periodontal dis-ease also in two cases. Conclusion After symptomatic treatment, dentures were used properly. Roadtype attachment is an ideal restorative treatment methods to repair tilt abutments.
