在酸性和加热条件下,甲醇的氧化产物与变色酸发生显色反应,从而建立起测定甲醇的新方法.通过优化反应的化学因素和流动注射系统测定条件.该方法的检出限和线性范围分别为1μg/L(3σ)和0.05~5 mg/L,5~200 mg/L,应用于白酒中的甲醇的测定,回收率在92.5%~100.5%之间,结果令人满意.

An improved method was developed for the determination of trace methanol in White Spirits. The method is based on the combination of chromotropic acid with formaldehyde which is the oxidation under acidic and heating conditions. Optimization of chemical and FI variables was made. Under the optimized conditions, the calibration curve obtained were linear over the rage 0.05~5 mg/L and 5~200 mg/L, the detection limit was 1 μg/L(3σ). The proposedmethod was successfully applied to determine the methanol in commercial liquiors and recoveries were 92.5%~100.5 %.
