脊髓损伤是一种发病率较高的致残病变.振荡电场刺激可以促进损伤的轴突再生.就近年来振荡电场刺激治疗脊髓损伤的进展进行了综述,包括人体临床试验、联合疗法的应用、治疗领域的拓展以及作用机理上的进展,同时指出了目前研究中存在的问题,并对发展趋势进行了展望.
脊髓損傷是一種髮病率較高的緻殘病變.振盪電場刺激可以促進損傷的軸突再生.就近年來振盪電場刺激治療脊髓損傷的進展進行瞭綜述,包括人體臨床試驗、聯閤療法的應用、治療領域的拓展以及作用機理上的進展,同時指齣瞭目前研究中存在的問題,併對髮展趨勢進行瞭展望.

Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a sort of disease with high incidence and high rate of disability. Oscillating field stimulation (OFS) could promote the regeneration of injured axons. In this article, recent development of OFS in treating SCI is discussed, including human clinical trials, the application of combination therapy,the expansion of application field and the development of mechanism. At the same time, some problems in recent researches were reviewed and the prospect is discussed.
