目的 观察中药药熨配合电脑三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 将124例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,即对照组59例,采用电脑三维牵引治疗,观察组65例,采用电脑三维牵引治疗加用中药药熨,比较两组的临床疗效.结果 观察组总显效为93.94％,对照组总显效率79.66％,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论中药药熨配合电脑三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,是一种有效的治疗方法.

목적 관찰중약약의배합전뇌삼유견인치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효.방법 장124례요추간반돌출증환자수궤분위량조,즉대조조59례,채용전뇌삼유견인치료,관찰조65례,채용전뇌삼유견인치료가용중약약의,비교량조적림상료효.결과 관찰조총현효위93.94％,대조조총현효솔79.66％,2조비교차이유현저성의의(P＜0.05).결론중약약의배합전뇌삼유견인치료요추간반돌출증료효현저,시일충유효적치료방법.
Objective To observe the effects of hot application of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with three dimensions traction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 124 patients were divided into two groups randomly.The control group (59 patients) was treated by three dimensions traction.The experimental group was treated by hot application of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with three dimensions traction.The effects were compared between two groups.Results There was significant difference between two groups in the total effective rate.Conclusions The therapeutic effect of the hot application of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with three dimensions traction is significant in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
