采用感应熔炼+退火热处理的方法制备了储氢合金La_(1.5)Mg_(0.5)Ni_(7.0)(TiNi_3)_(0.1);用XRD、SEM和EPMA对合金的相结构和电化学性能进行了研究.结果表明:合金主要由Gd_2Co_7型和Ce_2Ni_7型的(La,Mg)_2Ni_7相和LaNi_5相组成,合金退火1 h时第二相呈三维网络状沿主相晶界分布;此时,合金具有最好的电化学循环稳定性.

La_(1.5)Mg_(0.5)Ni_(7.0)(TiNi_3)_(0.1) hydrogen storage alloys were prepared by induction melting and annealing treatment. The phase structure and electrochemical properties of the alloy were studied by XRD, SEM and EPMA. The results show that the alloy are composed of multi-phase such as Gd_2Co_7-phase, Ce_2Ni_7-phase and LaNi_5 phase, the secondary phase precipitates along the grain boundary of main phase in the form of tree-dimensional network of the alloy annealed for 1 h, it has the best cycle stability at the same time.
