氯气泄露是一种常见的环境风险事故,但目前环境影响评价所采用的半致死浓度标准多数为公开发布的毒理学数据,如大鼠致死浓度。并不能体现对人体的半致死浓度,也未考虑到氯气浓度的持续作用时间。文章针对氯气泄露环境风险事故,通过"毒物泄漏后果的概率函数法"预测氯气泄漏后对人体的半致死浓度范围,对于氯气泄漏后的人员疏散范围更具有指导意义。

Chlorine gas leak is a common environmental risk accident.The published toxicology data such as the half lethal concentration of rat inhaled one hour is usually used in the environmental impact assessment,however the result cannot reflect the half lethal concentration to human and the lasting time of the chlorine concentration.In the paper,the probability function after toxic substances leak is applied to forecast the scope which the half lethal concentration of human inhaled some time reaches.The forecast result in this method has more important guidance to ascertain the scope of evacuating people.
