双S弯结构是ITER馈线系统的重要组成部分,主要用来吸收电缆由于降温收缩造成的位移变形,为了确定该结构在一定位移载荷下的变形情况,基于能量原理,采用单位力法计算出该结构轴向各位置的轴力、弯矩和应变分布。通过数值模拟和试验测量,应变的理论计算值与数值模拟所得值和试验测量值的相对差值都很小。可以认为:运用该方法计算类似结构的轴力、弯矩和应变分布是可行的,计算结果具有较高的准确度。

The double--S curved structure is a critical part in the ITER(international thermal--nu- clear experimental reactor) feeder system, which will be responsible for absorbing the displacement deformation from the busbar caused by the thermal contract during the cooling process. The distribu- tion of axial force, bending moment and strain along axial direction in this structure were calculated using an unit force method which was based on the energy principle. This could help to study the de- formation of a double--S curved structure under certain displacement loading. The simulation and ex- periment were carried out. The calculated strains is very close to the simulated values or the experi- mental ones. It is shown that this method used to calculate the distribution of axial force, bending moment and strain in similar structure is feasible, and the calculated results are highly accurate.
