设计并实现了一种智能化的汽车空调冷媒回收加注机。该装置能够将已经使用过的废旧冷媒中的水分、杂质和油分离出来,使净化后的冷媒重新投入使用,同时还具有定量加注新冷媒的功能。该装置的研制成功,不仅实现了旧冷媒的再生,同时又很好地解决了废旧冷媒的排放对环境引起的污染,具有很高的经济意义和环保价值。

This paper designs and develops a kind of intelligent auto air conditioning refi'igerant reclaiming and filling machine. This device can have the moisture and impurity and oil in the waste refrigerant isolated, make the refrigerant after purification to put into use. Also it has the function of filling new refrigerant. The unit is successfully developed, it not only realizes the old refrigerant regeneration, and solves the problem of environment pollution caused by waste refrigerant emissions. Therefore, it has a very high economic significance and environmental value.
