为了了解新疆农业科学院专利情况,科学指导其专利工作的开展,文章对新疆农业科学院自1992年以来专利申请量、授权量、专利种类、学科分布及院属各研究所申请情况等进行了统计分析,探讨了新疆农业科学院专利发展存在的问题及其产生的原因,并从健全专利管理制度、加强科研人员专利能力的培养、建立专利奖励制度等方面提出了提升新疆农业科学院专利工作的对策与建议。

In order to understand the situation of patent in Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and scientifically steered the development of its patent work, the patent application, grant, category, subject distribution and its subordinate institutes since 1992 was analyzed in the paper. Problems of patent work in Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences were discussed and countermeasures for improving patent works were put forward from perfecting patent management system, strengthening patent ability of researchers, setting up patent reward mechanism.
