随着南水北调中线工程的进行,越来越多的膨胀土问题涌现出来。文章总结了国内外膨胀土的研究现状,系统归纳了裂隙对膨胀土强度、变形、渗透性质及边坡稳定的影响等研究的进展,认为裂隙对膨胀土体性质及边坡稳定有着重要的影响。针对目前鲜有裂隙量化研究的情况,强调了裂隙量化研究的重要性和必要性,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。

With the construction of the middle route in the south-north water transfer project,the expansive soil problems have been emerged out.The current domestic and international researches focusing on expansive soil were summarized in this paper.The progress was reviewed systematically on the influences of cracks in expansive soil on the strength,deformation,permeability and slope stability etc.It is considered that the cracks play an important role on properties and slope stability of expansive soil.The importance and necessity of quantitative researches on cracks were emphasized according to the condition of the lack of quantitative researches on cracks,and the research prospects in future were put forward..
