研究与两个铁磁导体耦合的单个量子点中热梯度产生的纯自旋流。发现热梯度和电子库的铁磁性会在量子点能级离开电子-空穴对称点时产生较强的自旋压。自旋压的大小和方向可以通过改变热梯度的方向来调整。当两个铁磁引线的磁化方向为相互平行时,自旋压的绝对值最小,而当两个引线中的磁矩为反平行时,自旋压的强度会显著增大。
研究與兩箇鐵磁導體耦閤的單箇量子點中熱梯度產生的純自鏇流。髮現熱梯度和電子庫的鐵磁性會在量子點能級離開電子-空穴對稱點時產生較彊的自鏇壓。自鏇壓的大小和方嚮可以通過改變熱梯度的方嚮來調整。噹兩箇鐵磁引線的磁化方嚮為相互平行時,自鏇壓的絕對值最小,而噹兩箇引線中的磁矩為反平行時,自鏇壓的彊度會顯著增大。

Spin voltage induced by temperature gradient in a quantum dot coupled to ferromagnetic leads is investigated.It is found that large spin bias is obtained when the quantum dot energy level is apart from the electron-hole symmetry point.Both the magnitude and the strength of the spin bias can be tuned by the direction of the temperature gradient.When the ferromagnetisms of the two leads are in parallel configuration,the magnitude of the spin bias is relatively small,while it become obviously large in the antiparallel case.
