采用人际关系综合诊断和UCLA孤独感问卷对103农村特岗教师、107名非特岗教师进行调查,探讨农村特岗教师人际关系和孤独感之间的关系。结果表明：（1）农村特岗教师人际关系困扰和孤独感显著高于对照组;（2）农村特岗教师在人际关系与孤独感之间存在显著相关,人际交谈困扰、人际交友困扰、待人接物困扰与孤独感呈正相关,异性交往困扰与孤独感没有显著相关;（3）人际关系困扰在一定程度上影响着孤独感的变化。

With comprehensive diagnosis questionnaire of interpersonal relationship and UCLA loneliness questionnaire,103 rural special post teachers and 107 non special-post teachers were surveyed on the loneliness and interpersonal relationship for rural special-post teachers.Results showed that（1） interpersonal distress and loneliness for rural special-post teachers were significantly higher than that of non special-post teachers;（2） interpersonal relationship and loneliness had significant correlation between rural special-post teachers and interpersonal conversation trouble,interpersonal friend-making trouble,interpersonal distress and loneliness were positively related.In contrast,contact distress and loneliness of the opposite sex were not significantly associated;（3）interpersonal distress to some extened affects the change of the sense of isolation.
