为探讨采用GC—MS对腰果种仁中的脂肪酸分析的可行性。利用索氏提取法提取腰果种仁中的脂肪酸,经甲酯化处理后,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)联用技术对所得脂肪酸进行成分分析和鉴定。结果共分离出16种化合物,占脂肪酸总量的99.84%。腰果种仁主要的脂肪酸成分为油酸38.02%,亚油酸39.66%,棕榈酸6.45%,棕榈油酸3.13%,硬脂酸3.09%,亚麻酸4.34%。

위탐토채용GC—MS대요과충인중적지방산분석적가행성。이용색씨제취법제취요과충인중적지방산,경갑지화처리후,채용기상색보-질보(GC—MS)련용기술대소득지방산진행성분분석화감정。결과공분리출16충화합물,점지방산총량적99.84%。요과충인주요적지방산성분위유산38.02%,아유산39.66%,종려산6.45%,종려유산3.13%,경지산3.09%,아마산4.34%。
The fatty acids in seeds of Anacardium occidentale L. were extracted by Soxhlet extraction were identified by GC-MS after been esterified to discuss the feasibility of analyzing the fatty acids in seeds of Anacardium occidentale L. by GC-MS. The results showed that 16 compounds were isolated and identified, which was 99.84 % of the total fatty acids. The composition of fatty acids in seeds of Macadamia spp. included 9-octadecenoic acids (38. 02%), 9, 12-octadecadienoic acid (39. 66%), palmitic acid (6. 45;), 9-hexadecenoic acid(3.13%) ,octadecanoic acid(3.09%) ,and linolenie acid(4.34%).
