A questionnaire survey from two dimensions of gender and grade Ls made to anatyze me psycho- logical situation of the modern open and distance students on learning motivation, learning attitude, self-learning efficacy, learning adaptability, setback resistance and learning strategy. It is believed that the psychological con- dition of modern open and distance students＇ learning is not optimistic. It proposes the effective countermeasure to maintain students＇ good learning psychology.
