In Changpo plant, amounts of agents were used to recover sulfides, which led to some fine or ultra-fme cassiterites loss in bulk flotation sulfides. In order to solve this problem, a combined depressant named BY-6 was adopted. The results showed the loss of fine or ultra-fine cassiterites could be effectively controlled and the mass ratio of cassiterite in bulk flotation sulfides was only 14.48%.
